"I got to know about AKO through my ECE Diploma course lecturer. She gave me an invitation to join the association, and in August 2020, I officially became a member. Initially, I joined AKO in the hopes of getting the latest information about private kindergarten SOP and online webinars. But the benefits of joining AKO has exceed my expectations! It is great to feel a sense of unity among Private Kindergarten Institutions (PKI) operators, we get support and encouragement from each other, especially during this challenging times amidst the pandemic. The president of AKO, Mr. Jason Kong, is truly a great leader and always advocates for the welfare of the PKIs in Sarawak. As a member, we never felt lost, alone or astray when facing problems. When they invited me to become a committee member, I accepted without hesitation, as I am willing to contribute towards this association as well.
